We decided to create a few videos based on the exercises that we do in our WORx Alignment class here at Wellness WORx. We put it up for a vote on whether clients would rather see one on a self guided functional assessment or exercises for desk posture. It appears many of you are in pain due to your time chained to a desk because the desk posture series was a clear winner in the vote.
I recommend that you set a timer and perform these exercises every hour or two while you are at work. The whole menu should take less than 10 minutes.
