"I was battling with 2 severely strained (shoulder) supraspinatus muscles for over a year. This injury greatly inhibited my ability to train how I normally would. I saw Dr Fraker and within 5 minutes he determined that I had lost Internal Rotation in both Shoulder joints due to overcorrecting biomechanically. It was a major "ah ha!!" moment for me. After about 4 months of Deep Tissue work, strengthening, and regaining the lost ROM my shoulders are at 100%, and I am back lifting to where I was prior to the injury.
